Service menu Sample design, fictional business
  1. Service menu

Nobody has touched the site since opening day

Old staff, old prices and treatments you stopped offering. Clients notice, and so do the people who compare you with the salon down the road.

Instead Up to 5 content edits a month, made for you when you send them.

  2. Prices

The price list is a photo of the printed menu

It can't be read on a small screen, search engines can't read it at all, and it is out of date the day prices change.

Instead A typed treatment menu with times and prices, updated as one of your monthly edits.

  3. Book button

The Book button is hard to find

A client who has decided to book scrolls, gives up and messages you on Instagram instead, or books somewhere else.

Instead The same Book button in the header of every page, going straight to your booking tool.

  4. Policies

Policies appear only after the booking

Deposits and cancellation fees come as a surprise, which makes them harder to apply and leads to awkward conversations.

Instead A plain policy page linked beside the Book button, read before the client commits.

  5. Google profile

    Opening hours disagree with Google

Clients turn up to a closed door, and anyone comparing your site with Google sees two different answers.

Instead Hours, address and name written once and kept the same as your Google Business Profile.

Common questions

All 6 here, and more on the FAQ page.

How much does the salon website plan cost?

A$249 a month plus a one-off setup fee of A$499, GST may apply. There is one plan and one price for every salon. In the first year that comes to A$3,487 before any GST, and A$2,988 a year after that if you stay on.

How long is the minimum term?

12 months from the day your site goes live. After that the plan runs month to month until you or we end it.

How quickly will my website be live?

Within 14 days of us receiving everything on the content checklist: your treatment list and prices, photos you have the right to use, opening hours, address or service area, booking link and policies. If something is missing, we tell you what, and the 14 days start once it arrives.

Does it work with my booking system?

Yes. Most salons already use a booking tool such as Timely, Fresha, Phorest or Kitomba. We add your booking link to the Book button on every page and, where your tool provides an embed, can place its booking widget on a page. The booking tool subscription stays with you and is not part of the plan.

Will the website bring me more bookings or rank on Google?

No one can honestly promise that, and we don't. The plan gives you a fast, mobile-friendly site with your menu, prices, policies and booking button, kept current each month. How many people find it and book depends on your area, your reviews, your Google Business Profile and the rest of your marketing.

Do you sell the plan to hairdressers or barbers?

The plan is the same for any salon, and the pages and examples on this site are written for beauty businesses: skin, brows, lashes, nails and laser. If you run a hair salon, book a call and we will tell you honestly whether the site suits the way your clients book.
