Sample salon website designs

Three fictional salons, built as real web pages so you can see how the plan lays out a menu, a booking button and your policies.

What you are looking at

These are sample designs for businesses that don't exist. Their names, prices, hours and policies were written for this page to show layout, not to describe any real salon. Each one is built from HTML and CSS rather than a screenshot, so it behaves like a real page: resize your browser and it reflows the way your site would on a phone.

Your site is built from your own content: your treatment list and prices, your photos, your policies and your booking link. The samples show three different starting points, and yours will look like your salon, not like these.

A skin studio that starts with a consultation

Skin clients tend to read before they book. This sample leads with the consultation, keeps the menu calm and explains the deposit before anyone reaches the booking screen.

What this page does

  1. Consultation as the first booking. New clients are sent to one clear starting point instead of guessing which facial to choose.
  2. Menu with times and a line of detail. Each treatment shows its length and price, with one sentence on what it involves, so fewer people ring to ask.
  3. Deposit and notice period before booking. The policy sits above the booking link, so a client agrees to it knowing what it says.
  4. Consent note on the photo area. The gallery states that client photos appear only with written consent. Skin and laser clinics may also have advertising rules about images.
  5. Hours and directions in plain text. Opening hours and where to park are written as text Google can read, not buried in an image.

A brow and lash studio built around refills

Lash work runs on repeat visits. This sample groups lashes and brows, sends new clients to a patch test, and spells out the refill window so nobody is surprised at the counter.

What this page does

  1. Book button in the header. The booking link stays at the top of every screen, because most lash clients arrive on a phone ready to book.
  2. Grouped menu. Lashes and brows sit in separate groups with durations, so a client can see a full set takes longer than a lift.
  3. Style diagrams instead of stock photos. Simple drawings explain classic, hybrid and volume until the studio has consented photos of its own work.
  4. Refill rule written down. The refill window and deposit are listed as short points a client can check before booking.
  5. Suburb-level location. A clear description of where the studio is helps clients find it and helps local search match the business to the area.

A nail bar that sells the quick booking

Nail clients often decide fast. This sample keeps the hero short, puts the menu straight underneath and uses a shade card to show the look of the salon without client photos.

What this page does

  1. Two buttons, one job each. Book online for people ready now, See the menu for people still choosing. Walk-ins are mentioned once.
  2. Short menu with fills and add-ons. Infills, soak-offs and nail art are priced so the total is clear before the appointment.
  3. Shade card drawn in CSS. The colour swatches load instantly and change each month as a content edit.
  4. Lateness and cancellation policy. A friendly paragraph says how long a chair is held and what notice is needed.
  5. Opening hours for every day. Late nights and weekend hours are written out, which is often what people search for.

What changes for your salon

The structure carries over. Everything a client sees comes from you.

  • Your colours and logo. We use the brand you already have. Logo design isn't part of the plan, so if you don't have one yet, the site starts with your business name set in a clean typeface.
  • Your photos. Photos of your room, your team and your work, supplied by you. Photos that show clients go up only when you have their written consent, and clinics should check any advertising rules that apply to images of treatments.
  • Your treatment menu and prices. Laid out with durations and prices the way you want them shown, and updated as part of your monthly content edits.
  • Your booking tool. The Book button links to, or embeds, the system you already use, such as Timely, Fresha, Phorest or Kitomba. Those are examples only; we work with the tool you have.
  • Your policies. Deposit, cancellation, lateness and patch test rules, written by you and placed where clients see them before they book.
