From first call to fully booked pages
Six steps. Three are yours, two are ours, and the last one we share every month. Here is each one, plus the checklist of what to send so the 14-day build can start.
The steps
- You
Book the call
Pick a time and tell us a little about your salon. On the call we ask which treatments you offer, who your clients are, which booking tool you use and what you have online now. We go through the price, the A$499 setup, the 12-month term and what isn't included. Nothing is signed on the call.
- You
Send your content
If you go ahead, you get the plan terms to agree to, the setup invoice and the content checklist below. You gather your words, photos, prices, hours, booking link and policies and send them in one go. The 14-day build period starts on the day we have everything on the list. If something is missing, we tell you exactly what.
- Us
We build
We lay out your treatment menu, treatment pages, team, gallery, policies and contact details, connect the Book button to your booking tool, and set up page titles and descriptions. We don't write your treatment descriptions, but we tidy the formatting so they read well on a phone.
- You
You review
You get a private preview link. Check every price, treatment time and policy line, because you know your menu better than anyone. Send your corrections as one list and we make them before launch. Corrections at this stage are part of the build, not your monthly edits.
- Us
Go live
We point your domain at the new site and publish it within 14 days of receiving your content. Your domain stays registered in your business name. The monthly fee of A$249 (GST may apply) starts from the month the site goes live, and so does the 12-month minimum term.
- Both
Keep it current
Each month you can send up to 5 content edits: new prices, a new treatment, holiday hours, a new staff member. We host the site, keep it secure and send a short report of the enquiries it received.
What the call is for
The call is there so you can decide with all the facts, not to sell you something that doesn't fit. If your salon mostly books through Instagram messages and you don't want a website, we'll say so. If your booking tool's own page already does everything you need, we'll say that too.
Bring your treatment menu and your booking link. If you already have a website, have its address handy so we can look at it together.

On the call
- You tell us which treatments you offer and who books them.
- We look at what you have now: website, Instagram, Google profile and booking tool.
- We go through the plan, the A$499 setup, the 12-month term and what isn't included.
- If it suits you, we send the content checklist. Nothing is signed on the call.
The content checklist
This is the list you get after the call. Tick things off here as you gather them; nothing is saved or sent from this page.
Some items only apply to some salons. A nail bar may have no treatment pages; a laser clinic will have several, plus licence details.
Content checklist Get Salon Website
The 14-day build starts when everything that applies to your salon has arrived.
What slows a build down
Almost always, it's content. Photos still on a therapist's phone, a price list that needs a final decision, or a domain nobody can log in to. Gathering everything before you send it is the quickest way to a live site.
What happens after the first year
The 12-month minimum term ends and the plan carries on month to month at the same price. You can end it with written notice before the next billing date. If you leave, we give you a copy of your content and help point your domain elsewhere. The plan terms have the detail, and the FAQ covers the common questions.
Start with a call
One plan: A$249 a month and A$499 setup, GST may apply, 12-month minimum term. Book a call and ask anything.
